What is a Filter Press plant? This typically includes an agitated feed tank, feed pump, Filter Press mounted above ground (Clients truck or Trailer can stand beneath the Filter Press to collect the filter cakes), compressor, filtrate tank and filtrate pump. The Filter Press can also be positioned on ground level, and is fitted with discharge and collection conveyors. The plant is complete with piping, valves, and control system.
Why hire a Filter Press / Filter Press plant? When a temporary need arises, for solid-liquid separation, such as mine tailings dam is almost full, dewatering of the water inside a mine tailings dam, an existing Filter Press will undergo a refurbishment, refurbishment of Concentrate Tower Press, batch-making of filter cake, etc.
