Skid-Mounted Pilot Plants

- Filter cake drying via membrane squeeze and/or air blow
- Cake washing to displace carrier liquids with water or other agents

Testing Process
To begin testing, we require a representative slurry sample along with specific requirements for cake moisture content and/or filtrate clarity. Our Process Department then conducts a full testing campaign and compiles a detailed report.
This report serves as a basis for:
- Sizing and specification of full-scale Filter Press units
- Designing complete Filter Press plants, including all necessary ancillaries
